Training in promoting and selling Service

Developing Service Added Value by understanding how to sell or promote the Service better.

In recent years, ServeA has developed a range of courses helping to sell and value services better. A few examples:

  • "Sell the Service" training for specialised Service Sales staff and Operational Service Managers,
  • "Promote your service job" training for Service engineers,
  • "Look at the customer as much as the breakdown" training for Service Centers

We also provide behaviour coaching for sales, operations and call reception.

 

Our objective is to make technical staff aware of the pitfalls in technico-human relationships, to assimilate tools and techniques and implement them effectively.
